Fruits & Vegetables Salad (Rojak)


  • 1 (350g) pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
    1 (400g) turnip, peeled and sliced
    1-2 (250g) green mango, peeled, pitted and cube
    2-3 (250g) green apple, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 (300g) guava, peeled, seeded and sliced
    1 (250g) cucumber, peeled and cubed
    ½ cup cherry tomatoes (optional)
    3 cups lettuce (optional)
    1 piece Chinese dough stick (you tiao)


  • 5 tbsp Woh Hup Peking Duck Sauce
    2 tbsp sesame seeds finely grounded peanuts (optional)
    1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)


    • Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until chilled.
    • Toast Chinese dough stick until crispy and cut into small pieces.
    • Add Woh Hup Peking Duck Sauce to ingredients and mix well to coat evenly.
    • Sprinkle salad with lemon juice, sesame seeds and top with Chinese dough stick, if desired.


  • Above mentioned fruits and vegetables can be replaced with other fruits and vegetables.
    Roasted crouton may also be substituted for Chinese dough stick.
