Pineapple Sweet & Sour Prawns

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Marinade prawns with Woh Hup Premium Light Soy Sauce, dash of pepper and 1 beaten egg for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat prawns with corn-starch and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain oil and set aside.
  3. Stir fry vegetables with 1 tbsp oil. Mix in prawns and 1 bottle Woh Hup Pineapple Sweet & Sour Sauce and stir fry briefly.
  4. Serve hot with rice. Yum Yum!
